Garage Saurus have been tinkering again. Their GT-R demo car never stays together very long while new parts are being released they’re trying them out as soon as their released.

They’ve baulked at the new HKS GT570 Racing kit though. Seeing the price tag of 570,000 yen they’ve decided they can do better cheaper and have proposed the Garage Saurus GT605 kit with a target of 605ps!

Well sure it’s a bit of a harmless poke at HKS but I’m sure the Saurus guys will do a great job. First task was to sort out the boost control and replacing the stock wastegate actuators for some upgraded units is underway.

Well these have been out since the GT-R was born but not too many photos exist of them actually fitted up to a car. So here’s a pic and damn it looks good.

Officially announced today by Enkei, the GTC01 is now available in 20 inch sizes for Nissan GT-R. Sizes are 20x9.5J +38 front and 20x10.5J +18 rear. The GTC01 is a lightweight aluminium construction wheel enhanced by Enkei’s MAT Dura Flow Forming technology. These wheels also feature anti slip surface inside the rim similar to the GT-R’s standard knurled lip.

These are the same wheels MCR have been showing off these past couple of weeks after they received a pre-release set for testing.

Zele has put together two titanium exhaust offerings for the Nissan R35 GT-R. The type-1 and type-2 exhausts. Both of these are ready for production to be released in the coming months.

First to be available will be the more conventional type-2 exhaust seen on the Zele International demo car when it’s on the street and is shown on the first photo above. This exhaust is a titanium cat back system with the usual four outlets. This exhaust will be available by the end of September.

The second and highly controversial exhaust is the type-1 which is a circuit focused exhaust with ultimate flow and weight saving kept in mind. Again made from titanium, the exhaust saves weight by eliminating the second set of outlets and the associated material cost and mufflers. Some may not like the look but you cant argue with the function. This type-1 exhaust is due out in October.
